Saturday Surprise!

This morning with a little help from you know who, I woke early. I decided to surprise the rest of the crew with a trip to the newly opened Dunkin' Doughnuts. Larry woke before I made it out the door, so he kept Bella and I was off the to the see the Doughnut Fairy. We decided to let the youngest pick first today.....this was her first experience with doughnuts!
So many to choose from....
Taking it nice and slow.....
Yummy the first taste......by the way I had hoped she would pick the plain glazed, but she is just like Mommy......give this gal the chocolate!
Heck with being neat....this is GOOD!
What can I say.....she is so CUTE!
After eating all the chocolate off hers, she wanted another one:) Because I am no "Mom of the Year", I said NO:)
Yah, I want doughnuts every Saturday!
Now that doughnuts are done, I am gearing up for a trip downtown alone with three boys for a baseball game. Holy Spirit be with me! Larry threw his back out on Thursday, so he is getting to stay at home with Bella.....hummmm.....I was really looking forward to my time at home with just Bella. Funny how this worked out......not really he is really hurting. Poor guy!
Have a great weekend!

How Many Ways.....

can you think of to use a Kleenex? Ask Bella if you run out of ideas. Lately a Kleenex will keep this lil' gal very busy....

Cleaning her toys......
Cleaning her parents treadmill....

And then leaving them for Mommy to pick up:)

Flashback Friday

Thursday.....before our last MOPS meeting
This photo was taking on Bella and my way home from our first MOPS meeting in August. We had to stop for lunch on the way home because we got so lost going to the first meeting we missed breakfast! We had our year end meeting on Thursday. On the way there the song "Your Gonna Miss This" began playing on the radio. I tried as hard as I could to fight the tears, but they came on full force! I could not stop them, they just kept falling and it did not make it better when I looked in the mirror and saw that beautiful little face staring back at me.....wondering what in the world was wrong with crazy mom driving! Our school year in coming to a close and it marks yet another year closer to me having grown up boys! I was talking to another mom about how busy we all are these days and I said we like everyone are too busy. However, I recently have come to peace with it because there is not a lot other I would like to be doing right now than sitting on a baseball field, playing in the yard, ect.
